The colours of sundown

Black-eyed Susans with fall colours and the eastern sky in the background, as the sun set. They are still going strong, despite the cool nights.

“You ask of my companions. Hills, sir, and the sundown, and a dog as large as myself.” – Emily Dickinson

My posts will be a bit sporadic for awhile, as I won’t have time for taking pictures over the next few months–but I’m hopeful things will free-up around the time we start to get lots of snow. Enjoy the harvest!

Oh you tease — you get us hooked with these beautiful images and then tell us that you’ll be posting sporadically for a while! These are really lovely, and I look forward to more whenever you can post them.

    🙂
